Wagner mercenary boss rages at lack of ammo in grisly video, vows to pull out of Bakhmut

Yevgeny Prigozhin released a video Friday, vowing that his Wagner Group mercenaries will withdraw from Bakhmut in eastern Ukraine on May 10.
